How we deliver our services

IN-Person

We deliver face to face counselling in the manner that suits you in your local area or further afield if you choose. Our therapist comes to where you need them:

  • in your home - sometimes the place we feel most comfortable and relaxed.

  • in a quiet cafe or in a local park with a coffee or juice can allow the freedom to communicate.

  • "walk and talk" therapy can be a stroll in a local park or on a nearby beach where you set the pace with your therapist. Activity while talking can allow greater communication.

Virtual Therapy

We deliver virtual therapy in several different mediums. some people prefer to participate in different ways and virtual counselling can be as effective as face to face and definately more convenient.

  • on the phone is very convenient as it can be done anywhre a phone works. It can also help people who may Communicate better without direct eye contact

  • online counselling through Zoom, Teams or Skype is very effective and convenient if you need to see someone but are unable to meet in person.

  • Texting or Messaging can also be an effective way of communicating
